Delivery and payment information

The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from Kids of Scandinavia. The terms apply in the absence of any other written agreements between the buyer and Kids of Scandinavia.

Payment of goods

When you have entered your order, we will send you a confirmation that we have received your order. The amount due will be debited your payment card when the product ordered is send from our warehouse to you.

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT and invoice is issued in DKK or EUR according to your choice.

Delivery time and transport

Delivery of goods from Kids of Scandinavia has occurred when the customer has received the goods. All products ordered through Kids of Scandinavia are shipped with the best suitable carrier. Delivery will usually take place within 1-2 business days of shipment. In special cases other freight solutions will be used. The stated delivery date is indicative.

Claim

Any production defects in products / goods supplied by Kids of Scandinavia must be invoked within 24 months after receipt of product. It is the customer’s duty to specify and, upon request, show how the error or defect has occurred. If the customer discovers a defect, please contact Kids of Scandinavia. The customer can, as a rule, only complain about defects that appear within 2 years after the goods have been delivered to the customer. The customer can choose as a consumer whether the item is to be repaired or replaced. The exception to this rule is if exchange is impossible or will result in excessive costs for Kids of Scandinavia.

Cancellation of order

Kids of Scandinavia gives you 14 days of cancellation, valid from the day you receive the item. If you regret your purchase, Kids of Scandinavia must be notified accordingly within 14 days after the day you received the item. You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity in which it has been received, which is also applicable to the packaging and information label on the item. The customer pays the costs for returning the product.
